Before your appointment

• We recommend not having makeup on.

• Keep your face clean and remove any oil, especially around the eyes.

• DO NOT put sunscreen.

• If you use contact lenses, please bring their case to remove them before staring.

• Don’t be late. There’s a 15 minutes grace period; anytime after charge.

• You may cancel or reschedule at least 24hrs before your scheduled appointment.
